Hi, I’m Rhea. I’m a virtual assistant, graphic designer, and trained medical biller who loves helping teams, families, and organisations communicate clearly and smoothly. My work blends creativity with organisation, and I enjoy supporting people by making information easier to understand, systems easier to navigate, and stories easier to share.

I have a background in virtual reception and medical billing, where I’ve handled coding, claims submission, follow‑ups, and patient enquiries. I understand how important clear communication and attention to detail are when families are trying to access services, and I take pride in being someone who helps make the process feel easier and less stressful.

I’m comfortable working with a wide range of tools—Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, content‑creation software, and social media platforms—and I’m always looking for better, more efficient ways to support the people I work with.
